A boutique Reformer Pilates studio in the heart of Los Olivos, offering timeless technique and mindful movement.
At The One Above, we provide an inclusive and nurturing environment where clients can feel vulnerable and protected at the same time. We meet our clients where they are at and support awareness, anatomical and physiological direction and overall wellness.
Our hope is for our clients to leave their Pilates class feeling attuned to their higher self and in full alignment of body, mind and spirit. In other words, feeling One Above who they were when they came in.
