Rebecca brings over a decade of teaching experience, an encouraging presence and a smile to each class and client.
Her goal is for your time in the studio to not only be worthwhile and enjoyable, but to also build a strong sense of awareness, presence and confidence that you may take with you when you walk out of the door.
When she is not teaching Pilates Rebecca stays very busy raising three young children here in Los Olivos.
She loves nature, a good book and solitude, as well as fine wine, parties, over-priced coffee and hip-hop dancing. A Gemini through and through.
